This additional course is available to all students studying on our Post-16 Level 3 Extended Diploma

 

Students studying on our Level 3 Extended Diploma course are able to access a host of additional extra classes and training opportunities outside of the qualification. In addition to the necessary Level 3 units, students have the option to benefit from a wealth of additional training, should they wish.

Throughout the course you will work hard developing core skills in order to progress to vocational training at a professional level. The course focuses on practical, technical and theoretical training with a strong emphasis on audition preparation. Daily technique classes as well as a varied performance syllabus will ensure you reach your full potential.

Our students are closely monitored throughout their course and are supported by outstanding pastoral care, dedicated physio support and more. All students receive individual one-to-one tuition from our leading faculty alongside group classes.

Upon successful completion of the course students may choose to audition for 3 year Higher Education/drama school/degree courses. Ex-students have been offered places at many leading drama schools including Guildford School of Acting, Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Bird College, Laine Theatre Arts, London Studio Centre, Urdang, London College of Music and more. Students may also have the opportunity (subject to audition) to join the second or third year of our 3 year Diploma course allowing them, where appropriate to complete their training.

Application Procedure

Entry is strictly by audition only. There is no audition fee. Applications should be made online. We are happy to arrange online auditions for overseas applicants only.

Fees

Fees for the top-up course are £1200 per year inclusive of VAT and are payable privately. We are able to award scholarships against this fee in some circumstances.
